This is a key role for someone ready to take full ownership of projects , from concept through to completion while guiding and mentoring a design team along the way.The position calls for a confident, creative designer with at least 6 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be preparing and presenting concept schemes, overseeing detailed drawing packages, and working closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to bring projects to life, all while maintaining the highest standards in design and delivery.Strong AutoCAD, InDesign, and SketchUp skills are essential, as is the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team workload effectively.
