Role is remote from UK and we are looking for people ready to work for below shifts:5am- 2pm CET M-F7am -4pm CET M-F5am-2pm CET Th-M7am-4pm CET Th-MAs a Recruiting Associate you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. The primary job function is the creation of complex offer letter documentation in accordance with strict compliance and legal standards. Successful candidates will have a strong customer service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.What you will do:Acting as the primary point of contact for client recruiters to consultatively assist with the offer processPrepare offer documentation in accordance with compliance standardsUse of applicant tracking system to maintain documentation of recruiting activities and workflowRespond within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset for special projectsInteract with global stakeholders, supporting recruitment processes across multiple countries.Maintain clear and effective communication with external parties throughout the recruitment process.Candidate and hiring manager engagement activitiesInterview scheduling and meeting coordination supportLead candidates through initial stages of application processRecruitment process compliance and system administrationCollaborate on special projectsWhat we would like you to have:Minimum of 2 year recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experienceSolid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)Ability to work within a remote team environmentDetail orientated with record of follow-throughExcellent written and oral communication skillsApplicant tracking system experience, specifically iCIMSExperience working in a globally distributed environment, supporting multiple countries.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external stakeholders at various levels.What We Can Offer For YouAn inspiring working environment in which you, together with your team and colleagues, will make a difference for our customersBuilding an amazing career with a world leader company in recruitmentAn attractive salary, supplemented by vast benefits package
