A supportive and inclusive special school in Hounslow is seeking a full-time Learning Assistant to join their dedicated team. This Learning Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has a strong sense of empathy, and is committed to helping pupils with severe learning difficulties and autism thrive in a structured learning environment. As a Learning Assistant, you will work with pupils aged 4–19 across a wide-ranging curriculum tailored to individual needs. You’ll provide essential support in both classroom and care-based settings, helping children access learning, develop independence, and feel confident throughout the school day.
