Interim Leveraged Finance Lawyer - Top City Law Firm - Three monthsMy client is seeking an experienced Leveraged Finance Lawyer for an initial three-month assignment within their busy banking practice.This is a hybrid working role based in London, with the expectation of increased workload over the coming months. The team is looking for a lawyer who is accustomed to the demands of private practice transactional work and comfortable managing busy workloads.Key Responsibilities:Acting on a broad range of high-value transactions, with a primary focus on leveraged finance, buy-outs, acquisition finance, and restructuring.Drafting and negotiating term sheets, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and facilities agreements.Advising clients on leveraged finance and restructuring matters.Managing transactions and liaising with clients, colleagues, counterparties, and other advisers.Leading negotiations and calls with clients and counterparties.Supporting the development of team know-how and precedent documents.Building client relationships alongside partners and the wider team.Key Requirements:Qualified solicitor with recent leveraged finance experience gained in private practice.Senior Associate level and above, with proven ability to manage complex transactions.Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a commercial, adaptable mindset.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance lawyer seeking a fast-paced, high-quality assignment within a leading practice.
