Shift Engineer – Food ProductionLocation: Leeds (on-site)Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 3-on/3-off basis, covering both AM and PM shiftsSalary: £45,000 + shift allowance, bonus and benefit package.Pod Talent is proud to represent a global manufacturing business at the heart of the food and beverage industry, known for its fast-paced, high-volume production environment and a proud heritage of quality. As the company continues to evolve and improve its operations, they’re looking to hire a multi-skilled Shift Engineer to join their engineering team.The site is home to highly automated machinery and high-speed packaging lines. This role will suit someone who thrives on variety, fault-finding and problem-solving, where you will be given the autonomy and support to make an impact from day one.This is a key role for the business, working hands-on to ensure lines run safely and efficiently while playing a part in long-term change.
