Your new role Reporting to a friendly and supportive Head of HR, you will join the business as an HR and Recruitment Advisor with further collaboration with the UK HR Director. This is a full-time, office-based role in Romsey. This position is based onsite due to the nature of the industry, but also because of the commitment of the Head of HR to support your development and give you the chance to learn. This is a varied position where you will own recruitment and onboarding and manage HR administration. It will also provide the opportunity to develop your knowledge of ER (Employee Relations) casework and other generalist responsibilities. The company will also support you to complete a CIPD course at Level 3 or 5 if you are not already qualified. Working hours: 40 / week, Monday-Friday (Romsey office). Start / finish times are flexible, and you can start anytime from 7am each day.What you'll need to succeedThis opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about their job, and enthusiastic about developing their knowledge and career with a business whose values and direction match their ambition. The successful applicant must be someone who thrives in a busy working environment where they may need to adapt suddenly in a commercial business that can change direction in an instant. The ideal candidate will work in an HR generalist role as a Senior HR / People Assistant, Coordinator or Advisor with experience and a willingness to support recruitment, administration and HR. If you have strong recruitment and general administrative experience, but you are keen to further your knowledge and career in HR, then you will be considered. A background in manufacturing / engineering is preferred, but not essential.
