There are also three main community and mental health service providers who work together through a community collaborative.We collaborate with other valuable partners, including three Healthwatch organisations, nine voluntary and community sector organisations and three top tier local authorities, with seven district, borough and city councils, as well as our local universities.Job overviewDue to the current post holder going on maternity leave we have an exciting opportunity to join Broomfield Hospital in the role of Clinical Therapy Lead for Respiratory, Surgery and Orthopedics on a 12month fixed term contract.We are seeking a motivated and committed physiotherapist with clinical and leadership experience who is keen to further develop the service.This role will be undertaken in partnership with a supportive therapy leadership team. The successful candidate will lead an integrated therapy team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistants.Main duties of the jobThe Lead Therapist for respiratory, surgical and orthopedics, will be responsible for the direct line management of each team, its delegated budget, and associated resources.
