Circle PR is looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our Client Services team in our Covent Garden office. The candidate must have proven experience in client services, VIP talent liaison, or PR with a hospitality/gifting background.This role is integral to executing high-end talent engagement, hospitality coordination, and brand partnerships across our premium travel, luxury, and lifestyle clients.We work with iconic venues and global names, including Gaia Mayfair, La Maison Ani, Aqua Restaurant Group, The Lana – Dorchester Collection, JUL’s Ibiza, London Hilton on Park Lane, Lady A by Soho House, and many others.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent RelationshipsBuild and maintain new direct contacts with talent and PAs,Daily Client SupportCoordinate and fulfil premium lifestyle experiences for talent:AccommodationHospitalityAccessEntertainmentProduct & GiftingLarger Talent & Event RequestsSource and manage:Event venuesBeverage/alcohol sponsorsFood & catering partnersSpecial Campaigns & Seasonal GiftingWork alongside the internal team on:Organising premium goody bagsInternal projects and high-profile eventsPartnership Development & OutreachBuild and maintain a robust database of key industry contacts, including:Beverage brands (soft and alcoholic)Hospitality and hotel groupsGifting brands (fashion, beauty, wine, etc.)Stockists and luxury buyersOversee and initiate outreach for non-client gifting and PR boxes, ensuring high exposure and relationship-building.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in client services, VIP talent liaison, or PR with a hospitality/gifting background.Excellent organisation and communication skills.Strong initiative with the ability to act fast and multitask under pressure.A deep understanding of entertainment, luxury hospitality, and talent engagement.Established contacts with celebrities, media, and/or brand partners is a major plus.Perks & Benefits25 days holiday + bank holidays1 day WFH, 4 days in Covent Garden officeAccess to Soho Works
