You’ll be part of a high-impact team solving real-world problems and helping us scale with speed and innovation.Job Description:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.Develop and propose effective business solutions based on gathered requirements and analysis.Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for solution refinement.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of new systems or processes. Qualification:Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; Familiar with fund accounting a plus;Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive;1-5 years experience with accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, financial analysisProficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile and Scrum.Possess team spirit and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate);Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage;Interest in financial technology industry;Fluent in verbal and written English;
