Professional Development: Continuously improve knowledge through evidence-based practice and participate in clinical auditsSkills And QualificationsRegistered Nurse: Must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, relatives, and team members Organizational Skills: Ability to organize workload and manage time efficientlyPatient CareAssessment and Planning: Assess patients' care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to ensure high-quality care.
