Direct message the job poster from Global Automation (NI) Ltd We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a broad range of administrative, accounts, and HR responsibilities. A full handover and training period will be provided, and while this is a fixed-term role, there may be opportunities for continued employment within the company beyond the contract period. Key areas you'll work across: Payroll, invoicing & reporting Office & fleet management HR, admin & recruitment Supporting internal systems & compliance (ISO) Experience with Sage 50 Accounts, BrightPay, Smart Pension, and MS Teams Exceptional organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience in ISO audit preparation Why Join Us?
