As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Residential Sales Manager and the Sales team, in maximising residential and commercial sales and lettings. To provide a positive and professional service to home owners, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors. Responsibilities Answering all client enquiries and providing a friendly, knowledgeable service. Adding all applicants onto database. Arrange valuation and viewing appointments. Accompany clients on viewings. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products or services. Have empathy and show kindness at all times to all clients. Work with the team to grow the portfolio of properties. Requirements Some experience in sales, preferably within the residential sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Some familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Full clean driving license.
