What you'll be doing (the fun stuff!): Being the friendly face and voice of IT support, making sure our clients feel heard and their issues are sorted. Becoming a detective, sniffing out and squashing technical bugs across hardware, software, and networks. Working closely with our team and third-party pals to keep everything running smoothly. Rocking up on-site to our client locations, bringing your A-game and troubleshooting prowess directly to them. Mastering the art of Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and even getting cozy with Apple OS! We need you to be an absolute legend with: A solid Managed Service Provider (MSP) background – this is a must-have! 2-3 years of proven IT support experience (think 1st/2nd line wizardry). Familiarity with the ITIL framework (bonus points if you can recite it in your sleep!). Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 – 2022. Serious skills in supporting Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Active Directory management like a pro. Windows 10/11 and Apple OS/Mac support – you're ambidextrous with operating systems! Knowing your way around Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with backup technologies like DATTO/Acronis. And because we believe in brainpower, you'll need one of these certifications too: SC-900 Microsoft Security Fundamentals Ready to roll? Here's the deal: This is a full-time,5-days-a-week, on-site role in Londonwhere you'll be part of a rotating shift pattern, keeping things exciting: Early Bird:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Mid-Day Maestro:9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Your Birthday off!(Once you've aced probation, of course).
