Base pay rangeOur highly prestigious client is seeking a well experienced Travel Agent / Travel Consultant who has specialised in Corporate / Business travel and complex travel and itineraries. Our client operates from 13 countries throughout Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Americas, and provide comprehensive financial solutions to diverse clients, including global institutional investors, corporations, governments, and high-net-worth individuals. This role will be their inhouse Travel Operations Manager role. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with employees, travel agencies, and vendors to deliver seamless corporate travel experiences. **Role Overview** The primary responsibility of the role will be arranging and coordinating business travel for the firms high profile staff and visitors of the London and European branches. This role ensures all travel arrangements are smooth, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with the company guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** Arrange bookings for flights, accommodation, lounges, transportation, and VISA's. Coordinate with our travel service providers Obtain necessary entry visas for staff and visitors. Process and enter travel requests into the approval system. Reconcile and validate travel company invoices Input travel-related invoices Coordinate the tender processes for travel service providers. Support senior management and sales personnel with OA expense claims as needed. Maintain and regularly update the approved hotel listings. Provide additional backup administrative support when required. **Candidate Requirements** Proven Prior experience in arranging business travel (complex itineraries, multi-stop trips, business VISA's, lounges etc etc) Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritising effectively within a dynamic environment. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all travel arrangements and documentation. Proven capability to swiftly and efficiently resolve travel-related issues or emergencies. Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal rates and conditions with vendors and travel service providers. Proactive and practical problem-solving approach. Collaborative team player attitude. Adherence to company policies and procedures. You will be educated above GCSE level with either a Diploma / Higher education or have a degree.
