Able to support PSFU surveillance.Main duties of the jobTo promote high standards of specialist care for patients with a diagnosis of colorectal cancer, ensuring a quality experience. To provide specialist support and care to patients admitted with complications of their cancer treatment. To work autonomously to support patients with colorectal cancer facilitating necessary investigations and providing clinical engagement and support for patients receiving SACT. Deliver HNA and treatment summary clinics for all patients. To be a resource both within the trust and the community for clinical advice and information. With the Lead Cancer Nurse contribute to clinical governance within the trust for cancer patients.
