With a growing retail presence across key cities, their Central London locations represent the heart of the UK market. We are seeking a commercially sharp and service-led Area Manager to drive performance across their most prominent doors. The Role: As Area Manager for Central London, you will oversee a portfolio of high-profile boutiques and department store concessions. Your mission is to drive sales, elevate brand standards, and lead exceptional store teams. You’ll be a strategic thinker, hands-on operator, and inspiring leader – ensuring that each store embodies our brand values and delivers an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers and their teams across your area to deliver sales targets, operational excellence, and brand consistency. Own the commercial performance of your stores – analysing KPIs, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives that increase profitability. Partner with merchandising, marketing, VM, and HQ functions to maximise product performance and brand visibility across each location. Regularly visit stores to ensure standards, service, and team behaviours align with brand expectations. Recruit, onboard and develop top retail talent – building succession pipelines and nurturing a culture of accountability and empowerment. Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally – influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Drive clienteling initiatives and elevate CRM practices to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. Ensure compliance with all operational processes and uphold exceptional stock, H&S and loss prevention standards. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as an Area Manager in a multi-site leadership role within premium or luxury fashion. Management of a large team size/turnover over £20million. A commercially astute leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and elevating team performance. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into action. A natural coach and motivator who thrives on developing others. Deep understanding of the London customer and retail landscape. A true passion for fashion, service, and delivering exceptional brand experiences. Confident, collaborative, and adaptable – with high emotional intelligence and a hands-on leadership style.
