This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing operational safety through communication, engagement, and partnership-building across a wide range of stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers, contractors, and airport staff.Click here to view to job specYour role will involveDevelop and lead safety engagement initiatives across the airside community. Facilitate safety forums, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote shared awareness and responsibility Organise and deliver events such as safety week. Partner with operational teams to identify safety concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Promote the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Just Culture principles Act as a key liaison between airport management and airside partners on safety-related matters. Contribute to incident investigations and follow-up actions through a combined, learning-focused approach.These Skills Are EssentialStrong knowledge of airside operations, safety practices, and regulatory requirements. Experience in safety engagement, community outreach, or stakeholder management within an aviation or operational environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and social skills. Ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams and external partners.Please note: Interviews for this position will be held on Thursday, 14th August 2025.
