Job Title: Senior DesignerType: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £50kHybrid: 3 days on site, in London officeWe’re looking for a brilliant Senior Designer to join a creative agency that works across the arts and culture sector. You’ll be working on a range of exciting projects — from magazines and books to digital content, branding, and creative campaigns.You’ll need to bring strong design skills, fresh ideas, and a sharp eye for detail. Confidence presenting your work, collaborating with editorial and production teams, and occasionally leading projects is key.What you’ll be doing:Designing magazines, books, social content, marketing materials, and brandingArt directing photoshoots and curating visualsPitching creative ideas and helping develop new visual conceptsSupporting and guiding junior designers and freelancersMaking sure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standardWhat we’re looking for:Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), plus Figma and MailchimpStrong design portfolio and experience in print and digitalGood communicator, team player, and confident presenterExperience art directing and working with freelance creatives7 years’ experience as a designerAgency experience desirable / arts or luxury fashion
