Role: SAP SuccessFactors Specialist Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Location: Brighton / Hybrid Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a global retail brand in the recruitment of a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.About the Role: Reporting into the HR Systems Lead, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors system. You’ll play a key role in system maintenance, setting up performance review cycles, supporting and coaching managers on system use, maintaining workflows, and more.Key Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactorsSupport and maintain day-to-day system operationsImplement global best practice process improvementsManage system access and ensure correct permission levelsEnhance data accuracy and integrity across global HR dataContribute to bi-annual system releases and upgradesMaintain and produce people analytics and reportingEnsure compliance with GDPR and relevant legal standardsUse Jira or equivalent ticketing systems to track issues and updatesWhat We're Looking For:Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred)Experience in maintaining and supporting HRIS platformsA strong eye for detail and accuracyGood understanding of GDPR and data protection regulationsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFamiliarity with Jira or other service management toolsEDI Commitment: We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment.
