NOW HIRING: Reward & Pensions Lead Location: Warwick (Hybrid, 3 days office)Salary: £45,000 + discretionary bonusReports to: Head of Pay & BenefitsAre you ready to support both reward strategy and pensions administration within a PE-backed healthcare group on a journey of transformation?This Healthcare Group is seeking a forward-thinking Reward & Pensions Lead to join our Warwick-based team. This is an exciting time to step in, with big opportunities to shape, improve and modernise their reward and benefits offering across a complex, unionised workforce.What You'll Be DoingOversee and manage 5 active pension schemes (7 in total)Advise on auto-enrolment, regulatory compliance 'scheme changesLead reward initiatives using Reward Gateway platformManage ticketing system queries & drive automation improvementsWork creatively within unionised comp & bens frameworksDevelop solutions across mixed pay structures (salaried & hourly)We’re Looking For Someone WhoHas solid experience across pensions and rewardBrings fresh thinking and innovation to pay & benefitsCan balance operational delivery with forward strategyUnderstands the nuance of unionised environmentsIs confident managing multiple schemes and benefits platformsIf this sounds like you then click apply or email me at Lewis@JGA are dedicated to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
