These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market.The roleWith a passion for customer solutions and naturally curious nature, the Customer Solutions Advisor will work closely with their team to provide support and an unwavering commitment to our clients. This is a branch based role supporting both sales and lettings through the following:Provide the initial greeting for any new and existing customers entering the branch.Up-sell/cross-sell our products to all customers engaging with @Druce (e.g. insurance, mortgage etc.).Manage office operations and provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teamsMaintain office schedules and coordinate appointments and meetingsRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleaguesUnderstand the requirements of inbound clients and qualify leads Ensure all incoming leads are created and updated in the CRM databaseCarry outbound calling from the Druce branch database to generate leads for MAsManage and maintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring the office is fully stocked and functionalCoordinate with external vendors and contractors, such as cleaners, maintenance technicians, and IT supportManage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries The person@Druce we’re different – and that means we attract different people.
