We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to play a key role in ensuring buyers receive an exceptional service at every stage of their homeownership journey.About the Role: You’ll be the go-to contact for homeowners from pre-completion through to post-move-in, ensuring their experience is smooth, transparent, and stress-free. From liaising with site and sales teams to resolving queries quickly and professionally, you'll take ownership of the customer journey to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.What You’ll Need:Previous experience in a Customer Experience or Aftercare role, ideally within residential property / constructionStrong understanding of the property buying processExcellent communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approachCantonese language skills highly desirable (due to client base)A passion for providing a premium customer serviceThis is a chance to be part of a forward-thinking developer with a genuine commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
