About the Role:We're currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Experiences Producer to join the Product Experiences team within a global tech organisation. This will be a 12 month hybrid position (3 days on site, 2 days remote). In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing consumer hardware and software products to life - producing immersive demos, internal and external events, and hands-on experiences that build excitement and product advocacy.You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and creative teams, contributing to experiences that foster real human connection through technology.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the delivery of product experiences, demos, and activations across internal and external audiences.Provide creative production and logistics oversight - from experience design to staffing, tech setup, and on-site execution.Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, repeatable experiences that align with product strategy and audience engagement goals.Partner with agencies and vendors to manage planning, resourcing, and execution.Develop and improve operational processes, playbooks, and documentation to support efficiency and consistency.Support KPI tracking, data collection, and post-event reporting to measure impact.Travel as required to support experience delivery (up to 25%).About You:You’re a proactive and resourceful producer who thrives at the intersection of tech, creativity, and operations. You bring both vision and precision to event production and are comfortable working in high-performance environments where flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are key.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or creative project management, ideally in a tech or agency environment.Proven success managing in-person and virtual events end to end.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders, including senior leadership.Strong vendor management, budgeting, and logistics coordination skills.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to analyse and report on event data and performance metrics.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to AR/VR technologies.Level 1 technical troubleshooting skills – able to problem-solve device setup or demo issues on-site.Experience working within large, global tech organisations and navigating matrixed environments.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealthcare contribution and inclusion in company pension schemeWork laptop and phone25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus paid bank holidaysExpanding workforce with potential for career progression for top performers
