Senior Logistics AnalystWest London Up to £85,000This is a standout opportunity to join a high-growth, multi-country marketplace business as a Senior Logistics Analyst. You'll sit at the heart of the Sales & Operations Enablement function — partnering closely with the C-Suite, Sales Directors, and Ops Leaders to drive smarter, faster decisions that deliver commercial and operational wins at scale.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:You’ll own end-to-end analytics across sales and logistics performance — from KPI development and dashboarding to deep-dive insight generation and A/B testing. It’s a high-autonomy role with significant exposure to strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Define and track key commercial and operational KPIsBuild scalable dashboards (Tableau) to surface trends, anomalies, and growth leversLead in-depth analyses that influence sales strategy, supply chain efficiency, and cost optimisationCollaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Ops, Product, Exec) to embed data into strategic planningRun experiments (A/B, pilots, control groups) to validate operational changesOptimise workflows and processes across key teams to drive efficiency and scaleYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:We’re looking for someone who combines analytical horsepower with commercial instinct and operational curiosity.5+ years in a commercial or operational analytics role (Sales, Strategy, or Logistics focus)Strong SQL and Python — able to own data end-to-endAdvanced dashboarding in Tableau or similarProven success driving revenue uplift, efficiency gains or cost savings via analyticsExperience in high-growth environments — e.g. scale-ups, marketplaces, logistics or e-commerceStrong communicator — comfortable turning insight into influence at the exec levelExperience with A/B testing, pilots, or experimentation frameworks a plusSelf-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
