Supply Chain Manager – Full-Time, Office-BasedLocation: London (North)Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)Type: Permanent, Full-TimeThe Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and shape the future of the supply chain function within a growing luxury beauty & personal care brand. The business operates both B2B and D2C, with a focus on delivering premium products to a global customer base.This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across the supply chain, including supplier coordination, production tracking, purchase orders and 3PL logistics. Working closely with other departments, the successful candidate will be encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas, and shape the role as the business grows. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious and exciting beauty & personal care brand with room to make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end supply chain operationsCollaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partnersManage sourcing of raw materials and packaging componentsCommunicate with manufacturers to support cost-effective productionSupervise production processes and timelinesEnsure production quality and delivery schedules are metMaintain and update Bills of MaterialsMonitor and conduct periodic checks of raw materials and componentsProduce inventory tracking and management reportsLiaise with third-party manufacturers and logistics providersManage SKU and master data recordsApprove and process supplier invoicesIdentify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencyWork cross-functionally with teams including NPD, Operations, Sales and FinanceCandidate Requirements:Experience in a supply chain role within beauty, cosmetics, wellness, personal care or FMCGStrong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and logisticsExperience dealing with import / export / customsAdvanced Excel skills and confidence in using data to support decision-makingStrong analytical abilityHighly organised with excellent attention to detailInterest in logistics and project coordination; eager to learn and get involved in all areasComfortable working in a fast-paced environment - flexible, proactive, and collaborativeConfident contributing ideas, supporting other departments, and being part of a growing, fast-moving businessDegree-level education; a supply chain focus is advantageousExcellent verbal and written English skillsBenefits Include:Cycle to Work schemeStock allocation23 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysAdditional benefits availableReady to take the next step in your supply chain career?
