With a strong global customer base and a growing presence in key markets such as the UK, USA, and Australia, we’re building a world-class team to help scale our impact, visibility, and creative voice.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised, socially switched on and brand obsessed Community & Senior Events Executive to help grow and nurture the Odd Muse community both online and offline. This role is for someone who lives for experience, who knows how to bring people together in meaningful, elevated ways and who understands how powerful in-person moments can drive long-term brand loyalty. From intimate store activations to large-scale brand events, you’ll bring the Odd Muse world to life through strategic planning, meticulous execution, and community first thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity ManagementDevelop and implement a community strategy that fosters connection, loyalty and excitement among our customers and followers.Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers, VIP customers, and loyal Muses, creating a growing network of engaged brand advocates.Lead on community activation ideas such as gifting moments, IRL meet ups, styling events, and loyalty incentives.Monitor sentiment and feedback from the community, feeding insights back to the wider team. Events & Brand ExperiencesOwn the planning and execution of all Odd Muse events, from in store activations to brand dinners, press previews, and pop-up takeovers.Work closely with the Head of Creative to conceptualise event themes, styling, guest lists, and touchpoints, ensuring every detail is on-brand and elevated.Manage end to end logistics including budgets, suppliers, venues, guest RSVPs, staff coordination and post-event reporting.Oversee setup and on-the-day delivery - ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish.Track performance of events through attendance, engagement, content created and post-event sales uplift.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with the content and social teams to create pre, during, and post event content plans.Partner with the retail team to activate in-store experiences that build community and drive footfall.Support product and campaign launches with integrated community and experiential ideas.Key Qualities of the Ideal CandidateExceptionally organised with strong project management skillsA natural connector, confident, personable and relationship drivenVisually aware and brand-conscious understands what an elevated experience looks and feels like.Proactive and self-sufficient can take an idea and run with it.Thrives in a fast paced, reactive environment with multiple projects on the goSocial media savvy understands the value of content and community overlapBackground in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.Experience working on premium or luxury brand events a strong advantageWhat You’ll GetA fast-growth, female-led team with clear career development opportunitiesVisibility and ownership across key brand momentsHybrid working with a London HQ Generous staff discount and regular team experiences
