If you’re a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a love for bold flavors, Miradora could be your perfect next step.About the Role:As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, lead high-performing teams, and uphold the standards and values that define Miradora.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.Support team leadership, training, and development to maintain a motivated and effective workforce.Ensure compliance with company policies, health 'safety standards, and local regulations.Monitor financial performance, assist in budgeting, and contribute to cost control strategies.Address guest/client feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.Act as the General Manager’s deputy in their absence.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (ideally in [hospitality/retail/F&B—customize as needed]).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Operational awareness with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
