It unifies, optimises, and transforms every aspect of field service delivery – from workforce management and scheduling and rostering to lone worker protection and field intelligence.The RoleAs a Project Manager at Totalmobile, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of impactful, customer-facing software solutions. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality, helping to shape the future of field service operations across the public sector.This role will be aligned with our Public Sector team, delivering software implementation projects for organisations in the emergency services and healthcare sectors. It’s meaningful work that directly supports those who support others – and to be considered, the successful candidate will need to be eligible for and undergo NPPV3 security clearance.What you will be doingYou will take ownership of project delivery, collaborating closely with customer and partner project managers to ensure alignment at every stage. You’ll provide regular project updates to the managing consultant and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to keep delivery on track. A strong grasp of contract terms, deliverables, and milestones will be key to ensuring successful outcomes.You will help shape each project from the outset, facilitating smooth transitions from the sales process and setting up projects for success. Working within multi-disciplinary, virtual teams, you’ll lead, motivate, and manage internal colleagues, partners, and third-party suppliers throughout the entire project lifecycle.You will develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), project plans, and RAID logs. As projects progress, you’ll play a key role in transitioning accounts to our Customer Success team, ensuring continuity and a seamless experience for the customer.Essential Skills and ExperienceYou will have a strong background in ICT and a minimum of three years’ experience delivering software implementation projects, ideally within a software vendor or supplier environment. Experience working in a billable, customer-facing role is essential. You’ll be certified in PRINCE2, CAPM, or PMP, with a solid understanding of project management principles and a track record of delivering projects from initiation through to completion.Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills are a must. You’ll be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive, results-focused attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
