An innovative Manufacturing organisation based in Belfast are seeking a Product Specialist to come on board in order to master the flagship products and systems in both technical sales and support contexts.They are looking for a person who wants to get stuck in and progress towards becoming an expert in the Product and presenting it to clients leading to Manager roles, with the autonomy and leadership scope that comes with it.ResponsibilitiesOwn product support Deliver techincal sales support (demos, trials, testings, exhibition showcases etc)Deep-dive into the hardware/software stackPartner with engineers to resolve niche edge cases End-to-end responsibility for the product line Strategic input into R&D, customer experience, and business growth Requirements3+ years of experience in a Product roleBackground in (or working for a company specializing in) software development, technical support or mechanical engineeringHands-on mindset and likes to get their sleeves rolled up in a startup environmentExperience in metrology, machine vision, instrumentation, or similar technical fields is a plusSomeone looking to make a long-term impact on the businessUK Citizen without the need for sponsorships or visaThis role would be working on site in the Belfast based office and is looking at a base salary of between £50,000-£55,000 alongside a wider package.If you have the required skillset and experience, please do apply for immediate consideration!
