An exciting experiential media business in Central London is looking for multiple Duty Managers to support a busy live events and venue operation.Location: Central LondonOffice policy: Fully on-siteContract: Fixed-term until January, with review after 3 months (potential to go permanent)Start date: ASAPSalary: £27,500 + overtime Shifts: Rota-based (6am-2pm or 2pm-11:30pm), approx. 135 hours/monthWeekend work required (both days, including 2 Sundays per month)The JobManage safe and timely opening and closing of the venue and public spacesBrief and oversee contractors and coordinate access controlAct as on-site point of contact, liaising with security, suppliers, and internal teamsSupport brand activations, private hires, and live event operationsCoordinate logistics such as deliveries, equipment and contractor schedulingProvide clear daily reporting on incidents, near misses and operational issuesCommunicate with venue operators and senior staff for any escalations or delaysEnsure health and safety compliance across all activityYouExperience in live events, venue operations, theatre, or entertainmentExcellent communicator, calm under pressure, and confident managing logisticsStrong understanding of health and safety requirements and documentationPersonal Licence (or willingness to obtain one) is a bonusReliable, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working early mornings, late evenings and weekendsCommitted to inclusive team values and collaborative problem solvingApply Now Send your CV if you're interested in this opportunity.Thanks for your interest.
