You’ll be ensuring service charge accounts are accurate, timely, and compliant — supporting both internal teams and external clients with the financial clarity they rely on.Role Overview:Location: Head OfficePackage: Competitive salary based on experience, pension, opportunities for professional development and training, and more.Industry: Property Management / Block ManagementKey Responsibilities:Preparing and finalising service charge accounts, avoiding Section 20b exposureHandling accruals, prepayments, and financial reconciliations monthlyCollaborating with property managers and developers to ensure clean financial reportingProducing reconciliationsAttending internal, client, and auditor meetings to finalise accountsAnalysing variances and reconciling data from prior or incoming managing agentsSupporting budgeting and forecasting with insight on service charge performanceMain Skills Needed:Strong understanding of service charge accounting and RICS/ARMA guidelinesProven ability to prepare and review financial accounts accurately and on timeSkilled in accruals, prepayments, and financial analysisConfident communicator with stakeholders at all levelsExperience collaborating across finance and property teamsAttention to detail, especially in reconciling accounts and handling client moneyWhat’s in It for You:Join a values-led, professional team with clear growth plansExposure to varied property portfolios and collaborative working cultureReal opportunity to make your mark and develop your finance careerFancy a proper challenge?
