The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative functions and manage office resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Coordinate meetings and appointments for management team.Handling correspondence.Oversee maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors.Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.Supervising support staff.Implementing and maintaining office procedures.managing budgetsManaging RTW compliance and new employee onboarding.Timesheet management.Other ad-hoc duties as required.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of basic HR and accounting principles is a plus.In return we can offer:Competitive salaryGroup discountsModern working environmentCompany PensionThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you will have the opportunity to develop within a professional working environment.Gibsons engineering is an equal opportunities employer.
