Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.Who’s the businessZanda is partnering with a high growth PE backed, Consumer business that has a presence across UK, Europe and US. With revenues of over £18million, the Founder is looking to hire a Finance Director who can join the Executive team and play a critical role in owning finance and shaping the strategy. You will shape the future of the business, acting as a key strategic partner to the Founder, Leadership team and board, whilst building and leading a highly successful finance team. The team are in the office 4 days a week in Central London.What experiences you will gainReporting to the Founder, with regular interaction with the BoardIntroducing accurate and controlled processes, focusing on scalability and efficiencyResponsible for the monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecastingProducing models to project short term and longer-term growth and responsible for budgeting, forecasting and long term strategic financial planning and modellingManaging the operational side of the business, ensuring the processes are scalableProviding financial leadership across the business, presenting, and communicating critical financial matters when requiredSupporting with Board presentations and other relevant stakeholder communicationIdentifying and analysing market opportunities for business growth and preparing business cases to support new investment and other key strategic business ideasDeveloping the growth plan for the next 5 years and run a successful fundraising processManaging the relationship with InvestorsManaging a high performing finance team that will support the company as it growsWhat background should you have before you press apply!Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Experience of fundraising within a high growth start up or scale up Consumer background essential, ideally within a multisite, international businessAbility to provide strategic advice and guidance to senior managementExcited to join a growing company with a vibrant, entrepreneurial culture
