This role will involve setting goals, leading high-performing teams, developing new systems and processes, and liaising with the Board and corporate partners to help drive growth and performance across all branches.Why come and work with us● You’ll be part of a company that values innovation and alternative thinking● We invest in and value personal development● You’ll be part of an audaciously ambitious and growing company● You’ll be working alongside great peopleYour responsibilities will includeStrategic Leadership & Management● Report directly to the Managing Director, Head of People, and the Board.● Lead the Senior Management Team and facilitate structured monthly meetings.● Attend and actively contribute to board meetings with updates on key operational figures and performance metrics.● Set, record, and regularly review lettings and property management goals/targets in alignment with strategic objectives. People Leadership & Performance Management● Provide line management for the Senior Management Team..● Conduct monthly 1:1s and deliver annual appraisals for direct reports.● Oversee high-level recruitment processes across the business.● Visit company branches monthly (and additionally, as required) to maintain alignment and teamengagement.Operational Development & Delivery● Scope, develop, and implement new operational processes and systems to enhance business efficiency.● Lead or support the rollout of new internal processes across departments.● Facilitate and oversee internal company projects from initiation to execution.● Ensure cross-functional alignment and support seamless interdepartmental operations.Client Relationship Management● Act as the key contact for corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring delivery on expectations.● Represent loc8me externally to promote partnerships and business opportunities.We’re looking for● Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably within property, lettings, or a related service sector.● Strong leadership and people management capabilities with experience managing multi-functional teams.● Track record of successfully implementing operational systems and driving business performance.● High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.● Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.● Comfortable working at board level and presenting business-critical updates.Details● Hours of work: 40 hours per week● Competitive Salary: Dependent on Experience● Driving licence required and personal car preferred
