New Senior Compliance Manager (Generalist) opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s Market. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, the roles spans a broad remit including management, and day-to-day operation of the Regulatory Compliance Framework including:Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver compliance projects independently.Monitor regulatory developments and support business implementation.Represent compliance in cross-functional projects, including international expansion.Maintain strong internal relationships and manage a personal compliance portfolio.Engage with external stakeholders, including capital providers and legal advisors.Prepare reports and Management Information for internal governance.Support policy reviews, compliance planning, and internal training initiatives.Act as a contact point for regulatory engagement as needed.Required Skills and Experience:Ideally 8+ years generalist Compliance experience within the Insurance industry.
