Role: Technical Business Analyst – Datacentre & Cloud Migration - TSALocation: London – Fully Remote / Work From HomeRate: £525/day (Outside IR35)Duration: 6 MonthsWe’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the discovery phase of a large-scale datacentre migration, integration, and consolidation project following a recent merger. This is a critical role in helping define the future technology landscape for a large enterprise environment undergoing significant transformation.Your MissionYou’ll work across infrastructure and cloud teams to document, assess, and define the AS-IS and TO-BE states for applications, datacentre infrastructure, and cloud architecture—providing insight and clarity to support strategic migration decisions.What You’ll Be DoingApplications Discovery – Identify what apps are hosted in the datacentre, assess scale and readiness for migrationDatacentre & Infrastructure – Map existing server/storage processes and define the future operating modelCloud Migration – Provide input and analysis on Azure to AWS cloud migrationTSA-Based Transition – Work within the framework of a Transitional Service Agreement post-mergerBusiness Analysis – Capture requirements, shape work packages, and support delivery planningAgile Delivery – Operate in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) and Waterfall environments, tailoring your approach accordinglyCreate artefacts using BPMN/UML, conduct GAP and SWOT analysesWhat You’ll BringStrong experience as a Technical Business Analyst in datacentre/cloud migration programmesIn-depth understanding of infrastructure, applications, and server/storage environmentsExperience with Azure to AWS migrationsPrevious work in merger environments under TSA constraintsProven Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum)Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skillsPlease share your CV as shikha@
