About the Role: Daytime Healthcare is expanding its specialist divisions and is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial 360 Principal Recruiter to head up our Allied Health Professionals (AHP) & Sciences division. You will be responsible for launching and scaling this division, managing the full recruitment cycle, and driving business development across temporary and permanent markets.Key Responsibilities:· Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across AHP & Sciences roles.· Develop and execute a growth strategy for the division, including financial targets.· Build and maintain relationships with both framework and non-framework clients.· Source, screen, and place qualified professionals in temporary and permanent roles.· Ensure compliance with relevant NHS frameworks and regulatory standards.· Work collaboratively with internal teams including compliance and operations.· Mentor junior recruiters as the division grows.Requirements:· Minimum 3 years’ recent 360 recruitment experience within AHP/Sciences or healthcare.· Proven experience winning new business and managing delivery.· Leadership or team management experience is essential.· Strong knowledge of compliance and NHS frameworks.· Office-based with hybrid flexibility post-probation.Benefits:· Competitive base salary of £40,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission (OTE).· Opportunity to lead and shape a brand-new division from the ground up.· Autonomy to create your own growth strategy with operational support.· Career development into senior leadership as the division grows.· Input into your commission structure – we’re open to your proposal.· Established brand name in healthcare staffing to leverage for business development.
