Key Responsibilities:Oversee a caseload of SEND complaints, ensuring effective interventions for children and young people aged 0-25 across all educational settingsResolve conflicts and engage directly with all stakeholders involved in the mediation and complaints processEnsure all mediation and complaints documentation meets statutory and local deadlinesCoordinate and represent the local authority at mediation and complaints meetings, defending service provisionProduce clear, data-informed reports with actionable recommendations to improve service delivery and enhance the team's reputation Please reach out if you have recent experience representing a local authority at Mediation.
