You’ll have direct influence, not filtered feedback. And you’ll work with world-class talent in architecture, storytelling and research… bringing a bold new vision to life across digital, motion and a range of platforms.Why This Role Is Different…This is a creative-first role… not managerial, not boxed-in, not about fixing templates.You'll be at the core of a brand new global department, collaborating directly with a number of the firms Global Leaders + Directors and shaping a studio-wide creative ecosystem.You’ll bring your best ideas to the table and actually see them realised… across continents, touchpoints and mediums.And you will help guide the rollout of a brand identity created in collaboration with a world-class external agency, acting as its guardian, interpreter and internal champion.What You'll Be Doing...After bedding into the firm, you will help roll out a refreshed global brand identity with creativity, consistency and clarity.Work closely with a range of key business leaders with a focus on storytelling, research and collaborating on world-class branding teams to bring content and campaigns to life across editorial, digital, motion and exhibition platforms.Collaborate with external top tier branding agencies and take creative ownership as the in-house voice of the visual system.Develop infographics, diagrams, visual narratives and navigation systems that support communication and storytelling across the practice.Bring ideas for motion graphics, campaign visuals and interactive content… not just design what’s handed to you.Be a key player within the collective that has been assembled specifically to help shape the systems and standards for a globally recognised architectural name and brand… from the inside.What You’ll Bring…A killer portfolio that shows digital-first design thinking… with exceptional typographic, layout and composition skills.Proven experience in motion graphics, digital storytelling and responsive content.A background in creative, branding, product or cultural studios…. architecture experience is not required but a love of great architectural design work certainly helps.Experience designing infographics, wayfinding systems for documentation or information-rich visual content.A detail-obsessed approach and fluency in a range of tools like Adobe CC/CS, Slack, Open Asset, OneDrive (Miro is a plus).Enthusiasm for joining a global studio that is actively re-imagining its brand, where systems are evolving and you can leave a mark.Working Culture…Based in a fantastic new London office with flexible hybrid working available.You will collaborate with a globally distributed team, so occasional flexibility around time zones is part of the rhythm here.You will be joining a company that values craft, experimentation, collaboration and purpose.Salary & Timeline…Up to £70,000 + competitive bonusInterviews from w/c 28th JulyTarget start date: mid-August (flexible for the right person)Interested?....You’ve helped build brilliant brands from the outside… Now it’s your turn to shape one from within … and influence how it's seen around the world.If you're ready to take creative ownership at a global level, we want to hear from you.This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact role and we’re hoping to move fast!
