It’s our job to keep mission-critical IT systems online for our customers. You’ll be managing relationships with IT teams at some of the largest and most respected organisations in the UK and around the world.Client Services Executive responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. You will also answer queries and identify and drive new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. You will be required to travel to client sites.Key Responsibilities:Design and own the Client Services PlanFocus on retention and satisfaction of key clients as designated by Head of Sales (KPIs set against features of satisfaction)Own and drive the performance in the Customer Management System to ensure that, to an agreed level of KPI, of all customers are in ‘green’ statusServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededSkills That Will Set You Apart:A keen interest in both technology and client servicesA successful track record of working with customers and closing deals.
