Branding and Packaging Creative Designer - Well known, Licensed FMCG - Full time in office South Essex- Salary: Up to £40,000- Location: Near Chelmsford, South Essex (Fully onsite, free parking, 30–40 min walk from Train station)- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pmFMCG: Essential household items to garden supplies, health and beauty to pet care, novelties to occasions and events, and specialising in toys and licensed productsKey Responsibilities:- Concept & Design: Create innovative packaging and branding designs aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.- Artwork Production: Develop final artwork, manage templates, and ensure consistency across materials.- Brand Management: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to branding standards.- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and incorporate feedback into creative projects.- Project Management: Handle multiple projects, maintain archives, and monitor workflow and timelines.Required Skills & Experience:- 3+ years in a similar design role.- Strong portfolio with work for well-known brands/licensed products.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- AI image creation expertise.- Strong skills in visual design, packaging, and print production.- Excellent communication and time management skills.Preferred Skills:- Adobe XD, After Effects- Photography and image editing- Understanding of digital marketing design needsIf interested and available please apply or email with the below:- Cv- Portfolio showcasing Branding and Packaging for FMCG goods preferably those similar to outlined above in the JD- Salary expectations up to £40k- Happy to work full time in South Essex, near Chelmsford
