Our client is a growing asset management house based in the City of London. An urgent need has arisen within their Proxy Voting function for aSenior Data Analyst . TheSenior Data Analystwill take responsibility for the following duties: Running and streamlining the screening process usingdata manipulation (ideally through use of Power BI) Providing support during voting season, including the management of special voting requirements Carrying out the aggregation of investment holdings data for engagement-related client accounts Collating high volumes of data in accordance with reporting cycles Delivery of client-specific activity statistics Managing stakeholders within client custodians, Middle Office and ESG teams Continually improving processes and related process documentation throughdata manipulation and automation General support onoperating model and data governance projects TheSenior Data Analystwill meet the following criteria: 5-7 years’ experience managing ‘Big Data’ within an asset management house Exposure to CRM systems ( Salesforceexposure is preferred) Proxy voting experience within asset management Experience inPower BI Familiarity with key operational processes and data models Strong experience in data manipulation within asset management Due to the urgent nature of this role, applicants must be immediately available to start this assignment.
