The Successful Applicant A successful Helpdesk Admin should have: Proven experience in helpdesk admin or secretarial roles within the engineering industry. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
