Behavioural Safety ConsultantLocation: West London Salary: £500 per day (outside IR35) Irwin & Colton has been engaged by a high-profile organisation to recruit a Behavioural Safety Consultant. This role involves working across a major project site in West London, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the organisation's health, safety, and environmental vision is successfully implemented.ResponsibilitiesWork with Senior Management to plan and develop a roadmap for the successful implementation of the behavioural health and safety program.Lead and deliver behavioural safety workshops to key stakeholders across the site.Continuously assess opportunities for improvement and share best practices across the site.Candidate RequirementsProven leadership experience in a similar role with demonstrable success in program delivery.Experience in influencing, engaging, and coaching senior management and operational staff at the site level.Qualifications such as NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma or NVQ5 (or equivalent), and ideally Chartered status with IOSH.Experience with innovative occupational health, wellbeing, and behavioural programmes.This assignment requires a passionate individual about health and safety and high performance.
