Can be straight from practice/audit ideally at Manager level. This is a rare opportunity to join afast-scaling, highly profitable companywhere you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion. 2 days in 3 at home. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll manage a team of 2. Lead the UK P&L in afast-growing listed business Broad scope: own everything fromreporting to commercial Strong leadership exposure, reporting to a forward-thinking Finance Director Opportunity tobuild, improve and transform systems & processes Hybrid model– based in Central London, with flexibility Key Responsibilities: Lead delivery ofstatutory and management accounts(P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Overseefinancial reporting, tax, audit, treasury , and internal controls Overseeyear end audit process- partnering with external audit team. ManageFP&A processes Maintaincash flow visibilityand support working capital management Lead onVAT submissions and tax compliance Assist with technical accounting Be a key driver offinancial discipline and controlacross the business About You: A hands-on leader withstrong technical background Prior experience in ahigh-growth, fast-paced environment Strong communicator who can build trust across finance and non-finance A natural problem solver –proactive, solutions-driven and process-focused Please apply for further details.
