Role Overview Provide expert care to older people living with frailty across various settings. Collaborate closely with colleagues in acute and rehabilitation services. Engage in community liaison to support integrated models of care. No on-call responsibilities – promoting excellent work-life balance. Opportunities to contribute to teaching, research, and service development. Teaching & Research Active involvement in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, particularly with Swansea and Cardiff Medical School students. Named educational supervisor responsibilities with support and development. Participate in clinical examinations, bedside teaching, and formal teaching sessions. Research activity is supported and encouraged through University Health Board affiliations. What We’re Looking For GMC registration and license to practice. MRCP (UK) or equivalent. Evidence of clinical leadership, multidisciplinary teamwork, and patient-centred care. Strong interest in teaching, service development, and clinical governance.
