This role involves working on a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 18:00 to 06:00. The successful candidate will report to theOperations Support Manager . Responsibilities include: Planning, dispatching, and debriefing drivers Managing driver infringements and hours Assisting drivers with diversions Recording and managing vehicle defects Conducting accident investigations and formal note-taking Salary:£33,476 plus My Rewards discount and 20 days holiday. Qualifications:Transport experience with strong leadership and communication skills. IT literacy (Excel, Word), and experience with transport management software such as TruTac, Mandata, Microlise, or Samsara.
