Future plans will see this develop into a national footprint. We are currently looking for aFleet Supportto join our team in Crawley. Within this role, you will support the Fleet Manager with vehicle compliance ensuring our vehicles are repaired promptly and minimise the amount of time the vehicles are VOR (Vehicle off road) whilst keeping up with all administration. You will also be expected to handover & receive vehicles whilst ensuring they are clean and presentable. Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with Cardo employees to arrange routine servicing and MOT’s. Ensuring that vehicle collisions are promptly reported to our insurers and arranging subsequent repairs. Resolving fleet enquiries from all areas of the business via, phone & email – helping to manage a generic fleet inbox. Managing the updating of Driver records and vehicle keeper records, ensuring license checks are completed and verified with our insurers. Facilitating the handover of vehicles to new employees. Complete inspections on vans being returned as well as ADHOC inspections. Ensure all vehicles are maintained at Cardo's high standards – clean, empty, loose items allocated to all vans (fire extinguishers, seat covers, first ai kits, Spill kits) The cleaning of company vehicles is expected as part of this job to include but not limited to – Pressure washing, hoovering, sweeping, internal wipe down. Supporting the Fleet Manager with administrative tasks (such as mileage charges, parking fines, fuel card anomalies) Key Skills & Experience: Previous roles such as Fleet Administrator, Fleet support or similar desired but not essential Competent with MS Office products, Share Point and MS Teams Experience working directly with customers, giving great customer service. A proven track record of working accurately with data. Full UK Driving License is required. Key Attributes: Ensures accuracy in documentation, tracking, and compliance checks Manages schedules, records, and multiple tasks efficiently without oversight. Works well with operations, procurement, and driver teams to ensure smooth fleet functioning. Comfortable using fleet management systems, GPS tools, and spreadsheets.
