The Role This is a full-time role as a Digital Account Management (YouTube and Social Media) at Be A Bear. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client YouTube and other social channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve all aspects of channel management across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. One of the key accounts you will be looking after is the BET International YouTube channel, working closely with the team at Paramount. The Perfect Candidate You’ve done this before and are now seeking a new challenge. You have experience growing digital channels, defining strategies, and executing them effectively. Experience in kids media would be a significant plus. You are comfortable managing a team of juniors and handling client expectations, even under challenging circumstances. You have worked with entertainment brands and are eager to leverage this experience. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate within a growing team of digital strategists and manage Digital Channel Assistants. Create channel strategies directly with clients, understanding the nuances relevant to their business. Oversee all activities on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram channels, from content scheduling to claims management. Focus on growing digital channels, especially YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, while applying learnings from other platforms. Report back to clients and the wider team with insights and analytics. Identify channel trends by monitoring social media and competitor activity. Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to clients. Stay informed about social media trends and emerging tools. Maintain excellent time management skills. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in digital media, including YouTube channel management. Experience in account management roles. Proficiency in YouTube analytics. Experience with supporting tools like VidIQ or Tubular Labs. Passion for great content, advertising, and brands, with a particular understanding of the BET brand.
