Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) | Full-time | Competitive Salary Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking to expand your skills within a global organisation? We are seeking aFinance Assistantto join our collaborative and supportive team based inCardiff . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business environment where your expertise will be valued. What you’ll be doing:Accurately process purchase and sales invoices, including complex sales entries Perform daily bank reconciliations across multi-currency accounts Handle and resolve finance-related queries Manage credit control activities Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports Oversee weekly supplier payments Reconcile company credit cards and manage expense claims Liaise with our external accountant and support year-end audits Provide financial support to internal projects as needed Carry out general administrative and ad hoc finance tasks What we’re looking for:AAT qualified with practical experience in a finance role Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset Intermediate Excel skills Proficient in accounting software (Sage 50 and Xero preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience working with multi-currency accounts is a plus Ability to identify and escalate potential financial risks You must already have the right to work in the UK WHAT WE OFFER25 days annual leave + bank holidays Salary Exchange Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Death in Service Group Income Protection Free on-site parking Hybrid working policy (3 days onsite / 2 days from home) Work in a dynamic, family-owned business with an international team that values collaboration, creativity, and new ideas A global employee referral programme with rewards for recommending great talent A culture that values work-life balance – we support your career and your personal lifeIf you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at application@ .
